Ordering

Ordering How do I place an order? 
There are two ways in which you can place an order. 1. Use our easy online ordering system via our website. You will need to create a login with a valid email and password to use this. 2. Contact us by phone on 1300 466 283 and speak with one of our friendly sales representatives.

How do I request a tax invoice? 
You should receive a tax invoice with your order. However, if you have not received us, you may request a tax invoice by calling, emailing, via our live chat, or online web form. 

Can I cancel or amend my order once my order is confirmed? 
Yes, but you will need to do this over the phone. Call us on 1300 466 283 within 3 hours for plan sales and 24 hrs for outright purchases.

How do I check my order status? 
Checking your order status is easy. Simply log into your account via the homepage and click on the My Order tab in the navigational pane.

Where can I view my order history? 
You can view your order history by logging into your account via our homepage and selecting the My Order tab.

What happens if the item I order is out of stock? 
We will call if your requested item is out of stock within 48 hours on business days. 

Payment 

What payment methods do you accept? 
For its ease of use and added safety we prefer to use PayPal. Using PayPal, you can either pay by credit card, or directly from your debit account. Alternatively, you can use direct deposit via your financial institution.

How does Paypal work? 
PayPal is an online financial system that is used by millions all over the world. It is an easy way to transfer money without sharing your financial details. You must set up an account with PayPal first, before you can transfer any money. Once you have an account you simply log in, click on the Send Money tab and enter the requested details.

Can I pay with my bank card or credit card? 
Yes. We accept Visa or MasterCard through PayPal. 

Can I pay with direct deposit, money order, or bank cheque? 
You can pay using direct deposit facilities. We do not accept money order or bank cheque.

Do your prices include GST? 
Yes, all of our prices include GST.

When do I pay for my order? 
You pay for your order when you confirm your product selection.

Can I do lay-by? 
No, we do not do lay-by.

What happens if I don’t have a credit card? 
You can either choose to direct deposit, or use PayPal.

How long does it take to confirm my payment? 
When you use a credit card to pay for your order, your payment will be confirmed instantly. If you pay via direct deposit it will usually take between 3-5 business days to confirm your payment (depending on your financial institution).

How do I know your site is safe to use my credit card?

Shipping & Delivery 

How will you ship my order? 
We use Australia Post or Australian Air Express to ship your order.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Once your order is received, we then gain the appropriate approvals from the service provider, and may perform a credit check. This process can vary with each order. We will keep you updated as to the progress of your order but aim to complete all orders within 7 business days. 

What do I do if I need to update my shipping address after I have completed the check out process? 
Please call us on the same day of ordering to change the address.

Do you use a courier? 
Yes. On some orders we use Australian Air Express. Please confirm your mode of delivery at the time of ordering.

Do you ship to PO boxes? 
No, sorry we need a physical mailing address.

Do you ship internationally? 
No, unfortunately we only ship within Australia.

Can I pick up my order myself? 
No, sorry you cannot pick up your order in person.

Can I use my own courier to pick up my order? 
No, sorry you cannot send your own courier.

Can you express post? 
No, sorry we are unable to express post.

Can I track my order? 
Yes, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your order through our courier company.

My Account How do I register for an account? 
On the homepage, you will see a navigational pane underneath the page tabs, click on register to set up an account. Alternatively, when prompted to log in, click Sign Up.
 
What do I do if I forget my password? 
Click on the Forgot Password link and follow the prompts. A password reminder will then be sent to your registered email address.

How do I change my personal details? 
Please send us an email via the Contact Us page.

Products Where can I get answers to product specific questions? 
We endeavour to gather as much technical information about a product from the manufacturer as we can. We then list as much information as possible in our product descriptions. If you still want more technical information, please contact us. We will either investigate the question for you or refer you to an external resource, like the manufacturers website.

What should I do if the product I have received does not quite match the description on your site? 
We apologize for the inaccurate description. Please contact us by phone with your order number and we will endeavour to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

How come you have access to the best deals? 
Because we have a stable of websites under our parent company Mate Australia Pty Ltd, we are able to negotiate the best discounted prices from our suppliers and pass them on to you.

Is all your stock Australian? 
Yes, we do not deal in cheap imports or uncertified stock. All our products carry an Australian warranty.

What is the warranty offered on your product? 
All of our phones come with a standard 12 months manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise specified in the product page.

What should I do if the items I have received are faulty? 
Please accept our apologies for the faulty product and contact us immediately with your order number.
